I've seen it all, vibrators, boxes of dildos, a nunchuk collection to name a few. On more than one occasion have we found large amounts of money stashed away in hollowed out books, usually $1000+ in new bills.
Some sex toys are easier to clean than others. Non-porous toys such as glass butt plugs and stainless steel dildos don't absorb any fluids, so they're easy to rinse off with soap and water.
A bag of dildos. One of the ladies opened a purse and it was full of dildos. Another time someone donated a box of items that had belonged to their recently deceased son. Inside was a rainbow glass bong. In true naive grandparent style, a few of the ladies though it was gorgeous and filled it with flowers to put on display.

While some of the items Goodwill received are helpful like the 30 mini fridges and the 459 copies of Sheryl Sandberg’s Lean In, not all were deemed appropriate. According to the donation inventory table released by Goodwill’s legal team, roughly 80% of the donation was comprised of confirmed, suspected, or feared sex-related items.
